Your provider will take time to understand your history, symptoms, goals, and concerns, answer your questions, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your life. It is collaborative and nonjudgmental, and there is no pressure to have everything figured out beforehand.

UJ Inner Peace Healthcare is credentialed with a range of plans across Arizona and California, and self-pay (CASH) is also available. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your telehealth psychiatric benefits before your visit.

Yes. Care is provided by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and we offer medication management alongside supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle-focused strategies. Medication is always one part of an individualized plan, never the only option, and is discussed with you collaboratively.

Who do you work with?

We work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, panic attacks, trauma-related concerns, and serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, among others.

Yes. Visits take place over a secure, private connection. Your privacy is protected, and what you share stays confidential, consistent with applicable health-privacy laws.
