About Us
Compassionate, evidence-based mental health care
UJ Inner Peace Healthcare is a psychiatric mental health practice dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care for people seeking support for their mental and emotional well-being. We work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, panic attacks, trauma-related concerns, and serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Our approach is collaborative, holistic, and patient-centered. We work closely with clients to develop individualized plans that include medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle-focused strategies, because we believe healing begins with connection.
You are welcome here. You will be heard here. There is hope here.

Our purpose
Why We Do This Work
We've seen how profoundly mental health affects every aspect of a person's life. We're passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and achieve meaningful improvements in their well-being.
That belief shapes everything we do — from how we listen, to how we build each treatment plan around the whole person.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a space where every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered. We believe healing begins with understanding, trust, and a treatment plan tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
Practice Philosophy
Patient-centered care · Evidence-based practice · Holistic care · Respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs.

Built on trust
Why Patients Trust UJ Inner Peace Healthcare
Patients can trust us because we approach mental-health care with responsibility, honesty, consistency, and respect. We strive to create a safe space where patients feel heard and comfortable sharing concerns without judgment.
We view care as a collaborative partnership: we take time to understand each patient's experiences, symptoms, strengths, and goals, and we explain diagnoses, treatment options, and medications clearly so patients can make informed decisions. Above all, we see clients as whole individuals, not symptoms or diagnoses.
